%X The article focus on two main aspects. First of all  the attention on the european policy developed by regime during the Sixties and secondly the reactions it caused at supranational level both within the EEC Council of Ministers, The Eu Commission, The Council of Europe. It tries to show how much the action and the reports delivered at supranational level influenced later on during the Seventies, and above all after Franco death, the european approach of the several  spanish political parties.
