The objective is to prove the uniform asymptotic stability of the origin and to find an invariant domain of attraction. This goal is attained by defining a suitable extended dynamics (which is partially fictitious), and by using a numerical procedure based on linear programming. The theoretical results are based on the definition of a piecewise-affine, possibly discontinuous, Lyapunov function. date: 2011-12 date_type: published publisher: IEEE pagerange: 7398 -7403 event_title: Decision and Control and European Control Conference (CDC-ECC), 2011 50th IEEE Conference on id_number: 10.1109/CDC.2011.6160843 refereed: TRUE isbn: 978-1-61284-800-6 book_title: Proceedings of the 50th IEEE Conference on Decision and Control and European Control Conference (CDC-ECC) official_url: http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/stamp/stamp.jsp?tp=&arnumber=6160843&isnumber=6159299 citation: Trimboli, Sergio and Rubagotti, Matteo and Bemporad, Alberto Stability and invariance analysis of uncertain PWA systems based on linear programming.
