N2  - Starting from a historiografical critique of the principal studies about the history of the relations between Italy and Germany in the 19. and 20. centuries, that traditionally have ignored the role of the civil society as autonomous instrument for creating network between the Italians and Germans, in this article the Author analyses the network of German and Italian people emerging during the globalisation of the punk and cyberpunk culture in the 70s and 80s.
