In this perspective, it is thus assessed the US and European antitrust case concerning the agreements reached by Apple and the major international media groups, according to the allegations aimed at achieving the coordination on the pricing schemes in the sale of electronic books as to oppose the discounting practices adopted by the dominant player in the market: Amazon.
